**Job Description:**
Join our compassionate and dedicated team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) at our Assisted Living facility. We are seeking motivated individuals for PRN positions on all shifts. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide personalized care and assistance with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility for residents.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health status to nursing staff promptly.
- Assist residents with meals and ensure they receive adequate nutrition and hydration.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents.
- Engage with residents in activities and conversation to enhance their quality of life.
- Documentation and record-keeping of care provided and observations as required.
- Collaborate effectively with the nursing team, residents, and their families to ensure continuity of care.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid CNA or HHA certification required.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Previous experience in an assisted living or long-term care facility is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
