You would provide leadership within a dynamic Labor and Delivery department that serves a diverse and growing patient population. The Labor and Delivery, Women's Services, Maternal Child Health, Birthing Center, and Obstetrics teams work together to support a high-volume birthing program known for delivering exceptional patient-centered care. Reporting to departmental nursing leadership, the Clinical Coordinator of Labor and Delivery will provide day-to-day clinical oversight, operational support, staffing coordination, and quality management assistance within the unit.
