Job Description

Let’s be honest: being a clinician today can feel exhausting.

Too many organizations overload providers with documentation, insurance problems, scheduling issues, endless administrative tasks, and unrealistic expectations. Clinicians enter this field to help people , not to spend their day fighting broken systems.

Zen Health was built differently.

We are creating a behavioral health organization where clinicians are respected, supported, and set up to succeed. Our goal is simple: allow providers to focus on patient care while our administrative and operational team handles the chaos behind the scenes.

Zen Health partners with a highly respected behavioral health organization with over 30 years of experience serving long-term care facilities. We are now expanding throughout Indiana and are looking for compassionate, professional clinicians who want flexibility, support, stability, and meaningful work.

If you are tired of burnout culture and want to work with a team that genuinely values clinicians, you may be a great fit here.

What Makes Zen Health Different

A Clinical Environment Built Around Support

  • Strong administrative and operational support
  • Modern EHR and streamlined documentation workflows
  • Flexible scheduling with real autonomy
  • Leadership that is responsive, collaborative, and clinician-focused
  • Stable referral flow and established facility relationships
  • Opportunity to grow with an expanding organization
  • Competitive compensation based on experience
  • Meaningful work with underserved populations
  • A professional culture focused on quality care and long-term success

What We Take Off Your Plate

Less Administrative Stress. More Clinical Focus.

Our team works hard to reduce the burdens clinicians hate most, including:

  • Scheduling coordination
  • Insurance and credentialing support

You focus on patient care. We support the rest.

The Patients You’ll Serve

You will provide psychological and behavioral health services to residents in:

  • Skilled nursing facilities
  • Assisted living facilities
  • Memory care communities
  • Rehabilitation centers
  • Long-term care settings throughout Missouri

This is deeply meaningful work with a population that is often underserved and in great need of compassionate behavioral healthcare services.

Who We’re Looking For

We are currently hiring:

  • Psychologists (PhD/PsyD)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPCs)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs)

We are looking for clinicians who are:

  • Professional, compassionate, and dependable
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communicators with good clinical judgment
  • Comfortable with EHRs and electronic documentation
  • Team-oriented and collaborative

Lead Psychologist Opportunity Available

We are also seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Psychologist who may serve in a lead credentialed provider role within the organization.

This individual may assist with:

  • Payer enrollment and managed care credentialing
  • Clinical documentation oversight
  • Reviewing and signing clinical documentation when appropriate
  • Supporting clinicians and maintaining high-quality clinical standards
  • Maintaining credentialing documentation including CAQH, malpractice coverage, licenses, and payer-related materials

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Active Psychologist license in Missouri
  • Credentialed with Medicare and Medicaid in Missouri
  • Managed Medicare, managed Medicaid, and commercial insurance credentialing experience preferred
  • Experience supervising clinicians and reviewing documentation preferred
