We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker / Cabinet Assembler to join our team in Coconut Creek, Florida . In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality cabinets using provided tools and following detailed specifications. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and can maintain consistency in a fast-paced production environment .
The ideal candidate will have experience with cabinet assembly, woodworking, production assembly, or manufacturing , and be comfortable using hand and power tools safely.
Location: Coconut Creek, Florida
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Overtime paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per week
Schedule
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
1-hour unpaid lunch (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
Breakroom available with refrigerator and microwave
No weekends or major holidays
Overtime may be available depending on production needs
Responsibilities
Assemble up to 25 cabinets per day according to production specifications and instructions
Use hand tools and power tools to build and assemble cabinet components
Read and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, or diagrams
Inspect completed cabinets to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
Experience in cabinet making, woodworking, assembly, carpentry, or manufacturing preferred
Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
