CFS is looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our Lake Mary, FL team. The Bookkeeper will manage daily financial operations, maintain detailed records, and support leadership with timely reporting to ensure the company’s financial processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain precise general ledger records and manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
• Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and post journal entries to maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Assist with month-end close and generate financial reports for management.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Organize financial documentation and support audit requests as needed.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and financial insights to leadership when required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks and general ledger processes.
• Solid understanding of debits, credits, and financial reporting fundamentals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in an onsite, office-based environment.
