Key Responsibilities
Respond to business inquiries and conduct mini research using web/databases and government resources
Coordinate briefing services and liaise with internal departments
Support seminars, exhibitions, and business-related events
Manage departmental budgets and accounting processes
Prepare payment documentation, vouchers, and travel expense reports
Provide general administrative and office support
BA/College degree or higher
Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with accounting software preferred
Experience in research, data analysis, or event coordination is a plus
35 hours/week, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Hybrid work arrangement: minimum 3 days onsite, up to 2 days remote
