The Cigar Box Bar & Lounge is seeking an experienced, professional part-time bartender/server to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a refined, hospitality-focused environment centered around premium spirits, cigars, and exceptional guest service. 

The Cigar Box Bar & Lounge is an upscale cigar lounge and cocktail bar known for its curated selection of premium cigars, classic and craft cocktails, bourbons, and a relaxed yet elevated atmosphere. Our guests value professionalism, knowledge, and genuine hospitality.

As a bartender at The Cigar Box, you are more than a drink maker—you are a host, educator, and steward of the guest experience. This role requires confidence behind the bar, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with a discerning clientele.

• Prepare and serve classic and craft cocktails with consistency and precision

• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on spirits, cocktails, and pairings

• Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar

• Follow all alcohol service laws and house policies

• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

• Support lounge events, tastings, and private functions as needed

• Previous bartending experience required (craft cocktail or upscale bar experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar service standards

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Calm, professional demeanor in a relaxed but refined setting

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends
