Job Description

Desert Sage OB/GYN is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to join our back office clinical team with patient care.  
This position is a busy multifunctional position including patient intake, understanding the complexity of patient past medical, social & family history, serving as a clinical representative and working on behalf of the physician to provider patient care, including assisting with medical procedures, injections, reporting testing results and providing patient education.  
This position is a full-time position, with a four (4) day work week, with hours from 7:30 - 5:30.  Every weekend is a three-day weekend.  
Desert Sage OB/GYN has been established in North Scottsdale for over 15 years.  We are a family-oriented practice with excellent staff tenure.  The office is part of the Unified Women's Health, which gives the practice corporate benefits, while maintaining a small practice feel.  
In addition to a four (4) day work week, all full-time employees received paid holidays (New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas) + your birthday paid as well as paid PTO.

Potential candidates should have previous medical back office with OBGYN preferred.  Knowledge of Athena EMR and OB/GYN is a plus.
