Job Description

We are looking for a focused and motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our financial team in Tonawanda. This 11-month contract is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who enjoys the "detective work" of accounting—ensuring every invoice is accounted for and every ledger is perfectly balanced.

shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers. 

• Calculate, prepare, and issue bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements according to established procedures. 

• Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using specialized accounting software.
